I can't seem to find a way to drag and drop between controls when the forms are tabbed. If I drag over a not active tab it doesn't activate. Just like in Visual Studio I would like to drag something to another form.

This type of functionality is not implemented in the UltraTabbedMdiManager. I have forwarded this post to the Developer Support Manager to create a feature request on your behalf.
I've just submitted feature request FR12074 for the ability to have WinTabbedMdiManager be able to activate one of its child forms during a drag operation to be added to a future version of the toolset.
For anyone else who is interested in seeing similar functionality in a future version of the NetAdvantage for .NET toolset, you can submit a feature request here. Remember, the number of requests we receive for a given feature is one of the tools we use to prioritize what functionaltiy goes in to a given release.
