Hello , I couldn’t reproduce this. Are you using the last available service release available for Net Advantage 2006 volume 3. Also please check the supported environments here, if the OS that you are using is supported:http://ko.infragistics.com/support/supported-environments.aspx#SupportedEnvironmentsI hope this helps.Sincerely,DimiDeveloper Support EngineerInfragistics, Inc.
Thanks,
I am using Windows Server 2003 as my development and server machine as it is listed in your supported environment. This issue is only reproduce able on 64 bit machine. If you complied application in 64 bit mode and run on 64 bit machine then this issue can be easily reproduce.
Infragistic version is 6.3.20063.53 and run time version is v2.0.50727
Hello, I have test simple toolbar with few buttons and try to use the mouse wheel and I couldn’t manage to reproduce it with 64 bit OS. I have test this in the latest service release for 6.3 20063.1091 and I cound see anything unusual. Is it possible to get this exception if you have some data connected with the toolbar that it loaded in a thread?Could you please provide a sample to take a look more deeply. I hope this helps.Sincerely,DimiDeveloper Support EngineerInfragistics, Inc.
Thanks for reply,
I have mailed the sample at following <DSManager@infragistics.com> and subject of e-mail is "[Mouse Wheel Issue] Sample to recreate this issue]" you can get from there.
You can easily reproduce by using the mouse wheel rapidly any where on form. Although form don't have any scroll bar but I am wonder that is throwing the exception on mouse wheel scroll.
Infragistics dll are along sample. Run application on 64 bit using infragistics dll along the sample.
Hello, Thank you for the sample, I have just created you support case for further investigation. I will contact you shortly when I research it more deeply.Sincerely,DimiDeveloper Support EngineerInfragistics, Inc.
We also in need of a fix for this problem as it crashes a significant portion of our program not to function on Windows 7 64bit.
Is there an upcoming solution?
Hi Normajeanb,
Generally the NetAdvantage 2006 Vol 3 is not supported under the Windows 7. We support the newest OS Windows 7 in versions NetAdvantage for .NET 2009 Volume 2 and later. You can find more details about the supported versions here:http://ko.infragistics.com/support/supported-environments.aspx#SupportedEnvironments
If this is not your case please send me more information about your scenario, please contact me via your support case so I will able to investigate it further.
