I have created real file Excel with one cell in which the formula "=124494,11446+57903,99911+55301,88162+75178,50404". In my regional parametres a divider of a fractional part - ",". I import the data from this document, and at once at Workbook.Load("test.xlsx") there is an error. It is obvious that the error arises because of features of regional options.
