Running on a german windows, the project upgrade utility throws an exception
originating in RegBrowser.CreateVersion(string parentName ...
I suppose, there is a string to double (or double to string) conversion, that does not use
the CultureInfo.InvariantCulture and therefore does not return the expected result with a german culture.
What can I do ?
I have the same problem.
Ok. Change the format in the regional settings in control panel to english.
