I'm not sure I understand the question. A TabStop is a position to which the Tab character will shift the position of the caret (or the text). So placing a TabStop inside a link doesn't really make sense. I assume you mean you want to put an actual tab character inside a link. But I don't think that's possible. It doesn't seem to make sense, in fact. I've never seen any control that does that, or any application, even.
Maybe I am not understanding the question.
When you press the TAB key on an Internet browser, you will see that links get a dotted rectangle when they have focus. I'm talking about the same thing.
