This is a strange problem and I'm not sure that it's associated with any infragistics controls. Having said that, since the controls that I'm using are infragistic controls, it's worth asking.
I have a form (Form B) that is open and is completely covered (z-order) by a different form (Form A). When moving the mouse around Form A, occasionally a tooltip for a control located in Form B at the mouse location displays when the mouse hovers at that location. How do you suppress tooltips from Form B from displaying on Form A?
Thanks

Hello Clay,
I try to reproduce your issue in a small sample, but without success. In my sample I used latest version 11.1.20111.2030 and UltraToolTipManager. Could you please take a look at the attached sample and if you think that I didn`t reproduce your scenario, please feel free to modify my sample and send it back to me. I`ll be glad to research this issue for you. Also could you please tell me what is your version and which controls are placed in both forms.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Regards
Hello
The best way is to demo the issue. The link below will show what I'm experiencing.
The version that I'm using is NetAdvantage 10.2 and the control in the form is the UltraSchedular and the form in from contains 6 wingrids.
Thanks and please advise

Thanks for attached video. Could you please tell me what is your current build of version 10.2. Please note that the latest build is 10.2.20102.2151. You could download it from our site: Infragistics.com -> MyIG -> My Keys and Downlaods. Are you able to send us this sample ? I`ll be glad to research this issue for you. Please if you have any questions, do not hesitate to write me
We're using version 10.2.10102.1004 in the application. We are planning on upgrading in the near future after we've completed our current service pack release. As for providing you with a sample, at this time I can't do that for various reasons. Based on what I've previously written and shown, perhaps you can put one together. I'm sorry that I can't be more cooperative but my hands are tied --- but we would like a solution.
Thanks and let me know.
My suggestion is to upgrade your controls with the latest build when you are able to do this. I suppose that this will fixed your issue. Also you could find more information about supported products at:
