I didn't see this issue posted yet but when I installed 11.2 Ultimate, it created multiple instances of each control w/in the Visual Studio 2011 Toolboxes. I can't tell if it is duplicating them each time I open Visual Studio 2011 or not but here is a video of my toolbox for the 11.2 4x Controls & Reporting. Please let me know if you want me to try anything or want any other details. Oh, I have also removed the Toolboxes and re-installed w/ the same results. It also does the same for the 11.2 2x Controls.
I have just verified that each time I open Visual Studio and work on a project it is duplicating each control w/in the Toolbox.
Hello ,
I have installed Infragistics 11.2 on my machine and I have created a toolbox for CLR4 and CLR2, everything was fine. My OS is Win7 SP1, my Visual Studio is 2010 SP1. However I have researched about your issue in the web and I had discovered that other people have a similar issue with duplicating controls in their toolboxes, and not only with Infragistics Components:

Please review the mentioned forum and try the suggestions described there.
I hope this helps.
Unfortunately no. I have had no issues whatsoever w/ any Infragistics installer and this came up the second I installed 11.2 (I only had 11.1 on it at the time of install). This is getting really annoying because it now takes ~ two minutes on a pretty decent machine even to load the toolbox because it duplicates them each time in.
The link had a recommendation for this based one someone who also got the error before w/ Infragistics controls but the registry settings weren't available on my workstation.
I would appreciate any additional help and/or suggestions.

Hello,
Did you install NetAdvantage for WIndows Phone product? We've found that it causes toolbox problems with our NA SL, WPF and Reporting products.
There are several suggestions I can give you:
1. If you have installed NA WP 11.2 product, please locate:
x64:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319\AssemblyFoldersEx\Infragistics.WPAssemblies.20112.WP7
x86:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\.NETFramework\v4.0.30319\AssemblyFoldersEx\Infragistics.WPAssemblies.20112.WP7
2. Uninstall NA Silverlight, Reporting and WPF products.
3. Remove .tbd files from C:\Users\---user---\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\10.0
4. Start Visual Studio.
5. Install products from 2. again.
Best Regards,
Alex
Thank you for your feedback.
As far as I understand you were able to solve your issue.
Please do not hesitate to contact with us if you have any further questions on this matter.
Thanks Hristo & Alexander. I will give that a shot.
On a different workstation, I installed 11.2 w/o the WP7 controls and it worked flawlessly. I have also uninstalled/re-installed w/o the WP7 and it appeared to resolve the issue. I was planning on working on some WP7 test projects so I will give the hotfix a test once I install the WP7 controls again.
I have created a support ticket for you with id CAS-78100-JRLH5L.
Thank you for using Infragistics Components.
Hi Ian,
In general you can have only x64 or x86 reg key depending on the OS installed.
Our WP7 product has a known issue that breaks toolbox for most of our products...
You can contact Developer Support and I can send you a hot-fix for this instead.
Thanks,
Alex-
I installed the entire 11.2 Ultimate Package so yes to the WP7 question.
Do I remove that entire registry key structure for the x64 & x86? Also, I don't have any .tbd files at that specified location.
This issue pretty much happens for all NA products (WPF, Silverlight, Reporting, Windows Forms, ASP).
Thoughts? I will be testing this on another workstation to see if the same issue arises.
