I design a MDIForm with an UltraToolbarsManager. Every once in a while, when I edit the Form in designer and start the program. The form lost the UltraToolbarsManager.
I haven't delete it. Why?
The Toolbars dock areas wasn't delete.
Please, help!

I`m not familiar with your scenario and I`m not sure how to reproduce it. Also I`m not sure where is your UltraToolbarManager (in the MDIContainer form or in MDIChild form). Are you using MDIMergable property of your UltraToolbarManagers ?
Please take a look at the attached sample and video file and if you think that I didn`t reproduce your scenario, feel free to modify my sample to reproduce your issue and rervt it back to me. I`ll be glad to research it for you.
Please tell us what is your current version and do you have any installled service release and which one.

My application has set the same properties.
We use NetAdvantage 2012.1 with SR 2038.
In the attachment you can see the green areas. when I develop the application, after a few minutes, the green areas was delete in the form designer. If I close the form without saving. I can load the complete form. If I close the form with saving, then the ultraToolbarManager was forever deleted.
Thanks for provided information. This is the first time when we met such kind of issue. Are you able to reproduce it with my sample for previous post ? Are you able to send us sample and steps that reproduce this issue. I`ll be glad to research it for you. Also could you please send us details about your enviroment (what is your OS, x32 or x64 bits, do you have any installed SP)
