Unable to load the Excel sheet

I am using the following version of the Infragistics Excel dlls:-

Name: Infragistics3.Documents.Excel.v12.1

Version:12.1.20121.2008

I am getting the following error while loading the attached Data File.zip file.

             “The formula must start with an equals sign. Portion with error: #REF!”

    Hello GarthGrainger,

    This means that you have a reference or formula which does not start with an equals (=) sign. I took some time to review your workbook, removed all references and formulas from 'GFE' sheet and it was still throwing this exception. I discover that there is an 'ADMIN' sheet which is protected by password. It also has references and formulas but I was not able to modify it in any way. Please try removing the formulas from the second sheet and let me know of the results.
