I have created a number of appearances (isl files) in which I have fully customized my UI, but there are 2 parts that I do not seem to be able to control.
#1 The border around the icon displayed to the left of a state menu.
By default it displays a yellow/orange border around the icon when the state is checked.I tried changing the border color on the MenuCheckMark style but that only seems to effect the border around the check mark on the menu for the current window in the windows list menus. The icons on my other state menus still have the default color.
#2 The icon/color used for the lines in the center of the scroll bar thumb
I can change the color of the triangles used in the scroll buttons by either changing the foreground color or providing a specific icon.If I do the same thing with the Scroll Thumb however it has no effect.
Am I missing something here or are these bugs in App Stylist?
Note that in most cases I am using the Office2007 ViewStyle.
ThanksMike
Hello Mike,
It is very difficult to guess the reasons for these two issues without to exam your custom AppStyle, because there are many properties which could affect the borders and scroll bar. I made small test using our Nautilus AppStyle to be sure that everything works properly. Please take a look at the attached video file for more details. Please note that I`m using our latest available version. What is your version ?
Are you able to send us your AppStyle with your settings and small sample. I`ll be glad to research it for you.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Regards
