I'm using version 11.2. I just noticed that the PopupMenu's ButtonTools when used in the ApplicationMenu is now using the small appearance. I believe it used to use the large appearance. The icons now look fuzzy.
Is there a new setting? The image is fine in version 9.2.

You could change that by setting the 'UseLargeImages' property on the 'Settings' object of the toolbar to 'True'. Please try this out and let me know of the result.
The PopupMenuTool itself has UseLargeImages property.
