We have clients complain that some rows are missing in print preview and print. All rows display fine on screen. The issue was intermittent. We'd like to know if there is a workaround or a fix for it. The clients use Infragistics2.Win.UltraWinGrid.v10.3

Did the last update help you? If not, could you please try with the trial version of NetAdvantage for Windows Forms 12.2 and see if it resolves the issue.
If those two actions do not help you, could you please try to attach, if possible, a small sample project, reproducing the above mentioned issue, I will be happy to take a look at it?
Hi Boris, thank you for your and Mike's quick response. The issue only happens on our client's machine. It's not possible for them to use NetAdvantage for Windows Forms 12.2. We are in the process of letting the client try with latest service release for Infragistics2.Win.UltraWinGrid 9.2.
