Is there any way to get rid of the gap shown in the attached image? It's present in design view and in the appstylist so I think it's a bug?

I wasn't able to reproduce the behavior by dragging a new GanttView on a form. Are you setting any styling or properties to make the look and feel different or just defaulting to the OS? If so please provide the steps to reproduce and your environment settings.
I am currently testing with the latest version of Infragistics on a Windows 7 machine VM without any alterations to the OS theme.

Thanks for checking. Knowing you weren't having the issue at all made me realise it must be something specific to my set up and I have discovered the cause; it was that I had the border style for the Gantt set to Default. Once I changed that from Default to Solid the gap disappeared.
