In version 12.1.20121.2008, when I attempt to display the axis labels of the secondary x axis, they appear in design mode, but do not appear when running the program. They also disappear if I close and reopen the form in design mode. It appears that visible is not being set to true in the generated code, and visible is defaulting to false.

Have you tried the latest service release of Infragistics 12.1, its build number is 2135, is the same thing happens there ? Also could you please let me know if you have wrapped our UltraChart in a custom control ? Does your chat was bind to a data ? I’ve tested your scenario with Infragistics 12.1 and visual studio 2010 and I was not able to reproduce this on my machine, please see the attached sample and let me know if I am missing something.

We are currently using the above version in our product, so I do not want to upgrade my 12.1 install, but I did verify the same behavior in version 12.2.20122.2123. Reproduction steps are as follows:
It appears to have to do with the mixture of settings I am using. I afraid that I cannot guarantee that I have not manually edited the designer code, either...
