Hi,I am using Infragistics UltraWinToolbars.v11.2.20112.2112. In the app there is nothing on the form except a toolbar. I am using an isl template file office2010.isl. from Infragistics AppStylist. In Windows 7 Basic theme, if I minimize the app and then bring it back by clicking the app icon on windows toolbar, the toolbar does not get painted. It shows gray rectangle and there is NO way to bring back the toolbar except to kill the app.Issue does not happen in any of the other windows 7 theme. Is this a known issue?
Hello ,
I’ve searched in our issue tracing system and I was not able to find exact the same issue, I found similar issues, but not exact the same. Could you please let me know if you have tested your solution with the latest service release of Infragistics 11.2 service release 2135. Can you post small sample that demonstrates your issue, in order to test this on my machine with Infragistics 11.2 and 14.2 and to verify if this is fixed ?
I am waiting for your feedback.
I work with Ajay anad have attached a simple exmple which should be usable to view the behavior.
Hello,
Thank you for the provided sample. I’ve tested it with the latest service release of Infragistics 11.2 and I can confirm that this works as expected. On the following link you will find simple tutorial of how to get latest service release.

Thank you for using Infragistics components.
Hi Hristo,I tested the sample app attached by Chris with latest Infragsitics 11.2.20112.2135. I can still re-produce the issue with the latest version. Did you tested the sample app in Windows 7 Basic theme?Steps to reproduce:-1. Run the app 2. Minimize the app (DO NOT CLICK ANY OTHER CONTROL BOX OPTION BEFORE MINIMIZING) 3. Click on the windows taskbar to make the app active again and you will notice that toolbar is not painted. Thanks,
It seems that I was missed (or actually add additional step) when reproducing this on my side. I was able to repro the issue on Windows 7 with 11.2 and also I’ve tested it with the latest version of Infragistics 14.2 and it is not reproducible there. So my suggestion is to upgrade to latest Infragistics 14.2, you could download free trail evaluation version from the following link:

Please let me know if you have any further questions.
I had the same issue when adding a ribbon to and upgrading an existing project. What appeared to be the issue for me was using having a menu in the toolbarmanager named Application Menu. I think that was conflicting with the Application Menu settings in the ribbon somewhere along the way. When I removed that menu, the problem went away. We are using 14.2.20142.2010.
Perhaps I was too hasty. The problem went away for a bit but now it's back. I'll update if I find anything more definitive.
I am just checking about the progress of this issue. Let me know If you need my further assistance on this matter?
Thank you for using Infragistics Components.
If you are able to provide us with a small sample and steps to reproduce which will allows us to consistently reproduce the issue, I will be glad to investigate this further for you.
