Hi Adeel,
Thank you for posting in our forums.
Visual Studio 2012 is not a supported environment for Infragistics NetAdvantage Vol 7.2. You can find more information about this in our supported environments page:
http://ko.infragistics.com/support/supported-environments
If you are able to provide me with an isolated sample of this issue, I will be glad to research this further for you, but since the version is not supported it is possible that the issue can be fixed only by upgrading your project to a newer, supported version.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for the quick response.
I have used the same ultra tab control on another form in my application , there , i am able to view its designer.
the problem occurs only on this. Do you still think that it is a version specific problem.
Thank you for the update. Make sure to contact us as soon as you manage to isolate the issue in a separate sample.
I am looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you for using Infragistics components.
Hello,
I have tried to isolate the project but there are a number of user controls and tabs and code on that form. I was unable to isolate it due to the dependencies it has.I will try to regenerate the issue on a separate form , till then i am really thankful for your support and help. Will keep in touch.
Thank you.
Hello Adeel,
I am just checking about the progress of this issue. Let me know if you need my further assistance on this issue.
Thank you for using Infragistics Components.
Thank you for the reply.
While I can’t say for certain without a sample project that reproduces this issue, the most probable reason for this issue is because you are using an older version. My suggestion is to upgrade to a supported version and see if the issue is resolved. Again if you are able to isolate this issue in a small sample, I will be glad to research this further for you, but without a sample my only suggestion would be to upgrade your product.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
