Hi
thanks for your answer
When I protect the sheet like this
sheet.ActiveWorksheet.Protect();
and try to edit a cell, then pop up the message box
"The cell you're trying to change is on a protected sheet."
How to this messagebox hide?(no popup)
I'm not good at english.. so explain is too hard T_T
1. Protect sheet.
2. try to edit cell
3. do nothing(control)
user feel nothing change.
thank you
Hello Joseph,
Thank you for your post. I made you a sample which hooks to the xamSpreadsheet’s “EditModeEntering” event handler and cancel the event in case the active worksheet is protected. This also result in not showing the popup. The cell editing is also canceled.
Please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any further questions on this matter.
Sincerely,
