Is there a way to have checkboxes in the combobox control. And allow users to select multiple and show the selected as comma delimited list in the text area?
Thanks
Hello,
Please follow this link : http://forums.infragistics.com/forums/t/26793.aspx
There you can find a sample with a XamComboEditor with a XamDataGrid inside, so basically you can put the Check boxed as record selectors (or in an unbound column) and use the converter for the display text to display the selected items the way you want - with comma delimiter.
Hope this helps.
I downloaded and ran the example. I changed the CreateData function in MyClass class to create 15 items. I do not get a scrollbar. Also there is a blue background in the dropdown is there a way to get the grid to fill the dropdown space. And if I click on blue area or hit enter without selecting a row the grid displays in the combobox. Any suggestions?
Frankly, I'm disappounted in the xamComboEditor for not having this functionality built in. This is a lot of work to get this going and still not working correctly. I read that your winForm verision of comboBoxEditor has this functionality. I believed/expected the WPF should have had it also. I've used Jansus controls and they have it as well.
Hope you guys can help.
