Sometimes when the user clicks and drags the horizontal scroll bar to the right or

left the grid automatically shifts to the opposite direction.

In other words, if the the user drags the scroll bar to the right, the grid sometimes shifts to the left and

vica versa. This only happens when the scroll bar has reached the furthest location on the right

or left and the user continues to drag the scroll bar. Is this a bug?
