Display of dynamic decimal and date columns

Hi,

I have dynamic data bound to a datagrid and want need to change the display of decimal and date columns. I need to display decimal columns without a dollar but 6 decimal points and the date in german format.

How do I do this?

    Why is decimal associated with the $ symbol in the first place?

    Decimal is related to USD as double to pounds or int to miles.

    Not at all. Its a stupid bug worth fixing.
