Can you confirm or give any indication which of the following Office 2010 features will be included in the 2011 release

• BackStage: support for a backstage menu
• Styling: the current Office 2010 theme does not match that of Office 2010, closer to the default Win7 style. Specific inconsistencies we observe:
  • Expand collapse button, docked to the right next to the help button
  • Continuous background gradient fill from top of title bar to bottom of ribbon tabs
• UI for customizing the QAT
• UI for customizing the Ribbon
• Direct support for displaying a help button.

The first two are the most criticial for us to be able to deliver a true Office 2010 look and feel to our applications.
