Hi,
I have a DatePicker inside a Grid to edit the rows. Everything works fine until now. The Application is in use of 30+ Users for about 6 months.
Now one User gets an unhandled ArgumentExceptoin from the grid when the DatePicker gets focus.
I attach the Massage to that... is there a known issue?
Hello Thomas,
Thank you for your post. I have been looking through it, but it seems like this is not a known issue. Could you please provide me with some more information about your client’s environment etc. , so I can investigate this further for you.
Looking forward for your reply.
Hello Stefan,
Thank you for your answer. Here are some details about the client:
Win 7 Enterprise 64 Bit
Acer Aspire 1825 PTZ
.NET Framework 3.5
WPF-Application
Infragistics Version: 9.2.20092.1007
The error occures only when loged on as a specific Domain-User. When I log in as a different User at the same machine with the same Programm-Version and the same Data loaded the error doesn't appear. It appers at differnt forms by opening the XamDateTimeEditor.
Right now i got a mail to upgrate to a supported Version.
Which Version would you recommend? Are they backward compatible, so that I just can replace the old DLLs to the new ones? Or do i have to change my code?
Hello,
I'm sorry. We can't upgrade to 11.1.
The last version we bought and used is 9.2. So do you have another idea to solve the problem.
Did you ever have a exception that occures only at a single Domain User?
Looking forward to your reply.
Hello again,
Thank you for your post. I can suggest you download the trial version of NetAdvantage 11.1 and use the Version Utility to upgrade your project to it and see if the issue still occurs. As for the other question, the versions are backward compatible.
