in the attached image when i am trying to give minimu value to 2012 and unit =1 chart in xaxis is not displaying the chart ,
i need chart will display from starting point in x-ais

You may have noticed that there is no longer documentation in the current release for xamChart because we are in the process of retiring that control. I should have given you this piece of information before concerning the xamDataChart. For the xamDataChart in order to control the range, you use the Axis MinimumValue and MaximumValue. You can see some information concerning this here.
