If you set the TextFormattingMode of your XamRibbonwindow to Display, when using the Office2010 application menu and IGTheme as theme, the height of the file tab is different to that of the other tabs, making the layout look weird. Zoomed in screenshot attached.

I have been looking into this for you and I have been able to reproduce the behavior that you are describing, wherein there is a slight, but noticeable difference in Tab height when switching from Display to Ideal TestFormattingModes.
I am going to temporarily move this issue off forum to a private case so that I can follow up with you directly, after my development team reviews this behavior, but I will update this thread as well for any other interested parties with our findings.

This issue has been addressed in the latest service release.
