Hi Karthik,
Thank you for your post. I have been looking into your issue and was wondering which version of TestAdvantage you are using and which control you are trying to access(in your scenario its background)?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello Karthik,
I am just checking your progress on the issue that you are having.
If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to ask
I have been looking into your issue and I believe that there is some misunderstanding. Our TestAdvatage product is designed to recognize the elements of our WPF toolset. This is why I would like to understand which control you are using e.g. XamDataGrid, XamDataTree or something else. If some object is identified as WPF object it seems that it is not recognized. It would be great, if you could attach a sample application that shows the WPF control whose background you are trying to access.
