I have been looking into your requirement and I believe that having different versions of the same assembly within a single project is not possible. The items in the dlls refer to items in other dlls as well and when there is more than one of the same assembly VS could not be notified which one to choose. Though there is no limitation in having more than one version installed on the machine. So you can have one project with 10.3 and another with 14.2.
I am just checking if you have any other questions on the matter.
