My sample project contains a main UltraZoomPanel and then UltraZoomPanels within the tab and groupbox controls.

The tab and groupbox headers both get cutoff as you zoom in on the application.

My desired UI is to have the entire screen zoom in/out via ctrl + mousewheel or pinch and zoom.

Similiar to as if it were a web page.

There aren't many scenarios where all of our controls live on only one panel and there are no container controls such as tabs or group boxes.
