The WinGroupBox™ is designed to hold controls in the specified layout, then if you move the GroupBox the layout of the controls inside it stay in place.
To add controls to the UltraGroupBox is very simple just drag the control from the toolbox into the GroupBox.
In addition if needed the UltraGroupBox can hold instances of other UltraGroupBoxes. For example the screenshot below shows a GroupBox inside a GroupBox, inside a GroupBox, which is all contained in a GroupBox.
