This event is fired before the time slots are scrolled, due to either a user click on the scrollbar or a programmatic repositioning of the scrollbar via a call to the EnsureTimeSlotVisible(Int32,Boolean) method.
A reference to the TimeSlot object which would occupy the first visible time slot position after the scroll is passed in the event args.
The scroll operation can be canceled from within this event by setting the event args Cancel parameter to true.
