GroupExpansionIndicatorUIElement Class

This class encapsulates the visual element which is used to indicate if an UltraExplorerBarGroup is expanded or collapsed. The UltraExplorerBar only uses these indicators when it's Style property is set to VisualStudio2005Toolbox.
