Parameters

key

The unique identifier within the owning ValidationGroups collection for this instance. Cannot be null (Nothing in VB) or empty.

A non-empty, Key that is unique across all members of the ValidationGroups collection is required for each ValidationGroup. The key is verified at the time of instantiation to ensure that the value is non-empty; if it is null or empty, an exception is thrown. The uniqueness of the key is verified when the instance is added to the ValidationGroups collection; if it is already in use, and exception is thrown.
