Parameters

smallCaption

True if this is the frame for a small caption window - e.g. ToolWindow.

framePart

Which area of the frame to render.

active

True if the frame is for an active window.

drawParams

The UIElementDrawParams used to provide rendering information.

rect

Rectangle of the frame element.

clipRect

Clip rectangle
