CreatePatternFill(Color,Color,FillPatternStyle) Method

Creates a solid color or pattern fill that can be applied to a cell.

Syntax

public static CellFillPattern CreatePatternFill( 
   Color backgroundColor,
   Color patternColor,
   FillPatternStyle patternStyle
)

backgroundColor: The background color of the cell, which will only be seen if the patternStyle is not None.
patternColor: The pattern color of the cell, which will only be seen if the patternStyle is not None or Solid.
patternStyle: The fill pattern for the cell.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.ArgumentException	backgroundColor or patternColor are the empty color or have a non-opaque alpha channel.
System.ComponentModel.InvalidEnumArgumentException	patternStyle is Default or not defined in the FillPatternStyle enumeration.
